Victaulic Marketing Coordinator - Industrial Reports To: Marketing Manager – Industrial Markets Location: Victaulic Corporate HQ - Forks, PA General Responsibilities: Responsible to execute integrated marketing communications programs globally in support of sales of Victaulic industrial solutions with a strategic focus on growing brand affinity of existing customers, driving retention, and maintaining customer experience integrity. Specific Responsibilities: 1. Interface with local and global sales teams, product management and engineering teams and corporate and regional marketing departments as needed to maintain and execute marketing communications for the industrial markets. 2. Areas of focus include: · Act as marketing subject matter expert for the industrial markets to maintain integrity of content & product data and ensure a positive customer experience across all touchpoints · Leads efforts to keep market-specific content, product data, and digital or in-person customer experience touchpoints up to date · Executes scheduled and ad-hoc assessments of customer-centric content to identify inaccuracies and follows up with cross-functional teams to implement revisions · Collaborates with the broader marketing team to support efforts to streamline customer experience systems and processes · Drives processes for product life cycle management · Supports market-specific Sustaining Engineering programs and coordinates updates to marketing collateral · Organizes and ensures market-specific reports and maintenance initiatives are up to date to support informed decisions in the market · Liaison with markets/digital/operations marketing teams to best support stakeholders · Sets up and maintains processes to increase efficient use of team time and resources · Supports local level sales requests in the United States to support brand presence and sales team effectiveness · Responsible for market-specific input to digital marketing, operations and cross-departmental data and content requests for support · Manages market-specific promotional and literature physical inventories 3. Interface with and tactical management of external vendors as required: graphic design, PR agencies, photographers, videographers, designers, printers and other external resources 4. Drive strong interdepartmental coordination and communication. Work with other cross-functional team members (Product Management, Sales, Engineering, Customer Care, HR, etc.) as needed to advance product and market initiatives throughout the global organization. 5. Responsible for ensuring strong brand presence and consistency throughout the customer journey lifecycle. 6. Ensure timely flow of projects and that all corporate graphic standards and guidelines are met.
