About The Position

The Marketing Coordinator Intern will support the Corporate Marketing team by contributing to the coordination and execution of day‑to‑day marketing activities that strengthen XiFin’s brand, messaging, and customer engagement efforts. In this internship, you will assist with maintaining marketing assets, supporting event and campaign preparation, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating with team members across Marketing, Sales, and Product.

Requirements

  • Currently actively enrolled in a BA/BS in Marketing, Marketing Communications or Business Administration
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, and project management software apps
  • Effective communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Support a variety of marketing campaigns and projects across the department.
  • Collaborate with corporate marketing and product marketing teams on key go-to-market initiatives.
  • Working with our Creative Services Manager as project lead you will define, design, develop, and deploy a plan to enhance the functionality and user experience associated with XiFin's digital asset management (DAM) platform.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure digital assets are categorized and accessible for specific functional use cases (sales, customer success, corporate marketing, product marketing, customer marketing, and external agencies).
  • Update sales and marketing printed collateral and ensure the library is stocked and the most recent versions are accessible in print and online.
  • Schedule and coordinate team meetings (virtual and on-site).
  • Help organize project milestones and timeline to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support the Director of Marketing Programs with marketing services and operations projects that improve the efficiency and effectiveness projects.
  • Working with the Event Marketing Director, coordinate trade show and event logistics and administration (budgets, Pos, shipping memos, etc.) to help ensure timely and successfully execution of events and conferences.
  • Ask questions and offer input when team members deal with more complex situations.
