About The Position

What does it look like to be the engine behind some of the most dynamic restaurant and hospitality experiences in the country? At LV Collective, marketing isn’t just campaigns—it’s the connective tissue between brand, guest experience, and on-the-ground operations. As our Marketing Coordinator, Hospitality, you’ll own the systems, storytelling, and strategy that keep our concepts—like Daydreamer, Victory Lap, Side Piece Pies, Amaya, and more—performing at a high level. You’re the kind of person who notices when a Google listing is outdated, gets excited about building smarter email flows in HubSpot, and can seamlessly operate in both worlds—executing an influencer-led, high-end staycation while simultaneously driving a pizza-and-beer, game-day watch series. You stay tapped into what’s happening across hospitality and culture—from how brands show up on social to what’s trending in menus and guest experiences—and you know how to turn that into marketing that actually performs. You also understand that great marketing doesn’t stop at engagement—it builds a pipeline, driving awareness and qualified demand for our event sales teams. In this role, you’ll act as the marketing backbone for our hospitality portfolio—supporting on-site teams, owning digital channels, and driving the strategies that turn great concepts into high-performing brands. Who You Are You have a serious case of GSD and take pride in figuring things out and getting them done You’re equal parts creative and systems-minded—you care about ideas and performance You thrive in fast-paced environments and can shift priorities without missing a beat You’re highly detail-oriented and catch what others miss You’re a collaborative partner who enjoys supporting on-site teams You’re tuned into hospitality, food, sports, and cultural trends shaping the industry You take ownership, act proactively, and don’t wait to be told what to improve You think beyond clicks and impressions—you care about driving real business results, including filling the pipeline for events and group sales
