About The Position

The marketing team at Wolfe is looking for a conversion-obsessed content writer who understands writing for web, modern SEO, and brand-centered storytelling. They will craft various content types from website copy, blog posts, social posts, and product descriptions (and other assets) that address our target audience and promote all four of our brands. They will research industry topics and trends, optimize content for organic search, revise and edit pieces, and collaborate with other writers and marketers to ensure brand consistency. Ability to assess and manage outside vendors. Ideal candidates will be creative, strategic, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines. Ability to use AI to speed the process without letting the AI do all the work. This is a 5-day onsite role in Pittsburgh, PA.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in content writing and management, with experience in technology or fintech preferred.
  • Experience working with more than one brand at a time
  • Proven ability to write effectively across multiple formats and channels, including social media, video scripts, ebooks, long-form articles, and marketing copy.
  • Forward-thinking. You’re not just writing for this assignment – you have an eye on the future so you can anticipate industry shifts and position use well for the future
  • Experience using content management systems
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality content, supported by a portfolio of relevant B2B and B2C writing samples.

Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content across formats including blogs, campaign assets, email copy, video scripts, and long-form content to support marketing and business objectives.
  • Audit, evaluate, and optimize existing content to ensure correct funnel positioning, strong SEO performance, audience relevance, and competitive differentiation.
  • Develop and execute scalable content programs, including blogs, guest contributions, customer spotlights, and campaign-driven content, in partnership with product marketing and channel owners.
  • Ensure all content aligns with Wolfe and PerfectGift brand voice, messaging standards, and audience expectations across both B2B and B2C channels.
  • Build and maintain a sustainable content pipeline with clear prioritization, timelines, and collaboration across creative, marketing, and product teams.
