About The Position

We work with key collaborators to develop molecular assays, reagents, controls and bioinformatics tools under ISO 13485 design control that are used by over 700 clinical laboratories in over 160 countries. Our global network of laboratories offers internationally standardized next generation molecular and flow cytometry panels to support drug development and accelerate drug approvals worldwide. We work with pharmaceutical partners and international regulatory agencies across the globe to develop companion diagnostics, which are necessary to gain approval of new drugs and treatments for cancer patients. Our harmonized ISO15189 accredited and CLIA/CAP clinical laboratories offer a test menu focused on biomarkers which are clinically actionable to support therapeutic decisions, measurable residual disease (MRD) testing, patient stratification, and trial enrollment, all designed to accelerate approvals of new oncology drugs and treatments. For 30 years, we have been at forefront of precision diagnostics, and we’re just getting started! We are looking to add a Marketing Content Writer as the strategic storyteller responsible for translating complex scientific and technical information into compelling, high-impact content that drives demand, accelerates product adoption, and supports revenue growth. S/he ensures messaging consistency across channels while positioning the organization as a scientific thought leader.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a life science, marketing, communications, or a related creative discipline and, typically, 3+ years of relevant marketing experience; strong preference for oncology or diagnostics background.
  • Proven B2B copywriting and storytelling skills, with experience in content marketing, campaign planning and execution, demand generation, and marketing funnel strategy.
  • Experience creating sales enablement content (presentations, collateral, nurture content) that supports pipeline growth and revenue goals.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, and GEO best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) and other marketing or content tools.

Responsibilities

  • Owns end‑to‑end content asset creation and works closely with product managers to translate UVP, customer pain points, competitive differentiation, and product solutions into impactful content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Create, update, and own specialized and go-to-market content across channels for healthcare and technical audiences including website copy, presentations, newsletters, articles, emails, ads, social posts, customer communications, white papers, technical guides, application notes, webinars, video scripts, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Develop product and campaign assets such as launch plans, go-to-market timelines, one-pagers, spec sheets, comparison charts, FAQs, training materials, nurture/drip sequences, and sales enablement materials (pitch decks, battle cards, demo scripts).
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-touch campaigns to support lead generation by defining messaging frameworks, content calendars and by conducting A/B testing to continually refine content to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with graphic designer, web developer and external agencies to optimize website content for SEO/GEO/AEO, ensuring all pages are current and aligned with broader marketing and sales initiatives.
