The Marketing Content Specialist is responsible for developing and managing core messaging and marketing content that supports global campaigns, product launches, and commercial execution. This role serves as the primary content execution partner to Product Marketing (messaging authority) and Global Campaigns (demand ownership), ensuring content is aligned, performance-driven, and optimized for engagement. The role translates complex technical and clinical information into compelling, customer-centric content that drives adoption, engagement, and measurable marketing impact. This individual is responsible for content development across campaign materials, digital assets, sales tools, and presentations —while monitoring content performance and recommending optimization actions. As a remote-based member of the Global Marketing Team reporting to the Global Marketing Director, this role contributes to building a disciplined, performance-oriented, and globally aligned marketing function. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Develop product and campaign content aligned to Product Marketing messaging authority, ensuring clarity, differentiation, and brand consistency across global markets. Translate complex technical and clinical information into compelling, customer-focused content that supports product launches, integrated campaigns, and sales enablement. Partner cross-functionally with Global Campaigns, Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, and Design to deliver high-quality, performance-driven marketing assets on time and within structured review processes. Monitor and analyze content engagement and asset utilization metrics, recommending data-driven improvements to increase campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI. Continuously optimize content frameworks, templates, and messaging approaches to improve scalability, global alignment, and overall marketing execution discipline.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Design, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience B2B marketing content creation, preferably within technical, life sciences, diagnostics, or medical device environments.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to tone and brand voice.
  • Ability to understand and translate technical information into customer-centric language.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally across Product, Campaigns, and Regional teams.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%, including domestic and international travel as needed to support global teams, customer engagements, and key industry events

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the medical devices sector, including customer personas and regulatory requirements
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
  • Experienced with Artificial Intelligence Marketing tools
  • Exposure to marketing performance analytics (engagement, asset utilization, MQL contribution)
  • Experienced in Additional languages

  • The annual salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
