You will be the face behind capturing clients’ stories, our team’s personality, and our presence in the community. Requirements

• Fully fluent in English and Spanish
• Comfortable being on camera and directing others on camera
• Willing to work in the office 5 days a week (Atlanta, GA)
• Willing to attend events and be active in the community
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

• Video editing experience (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
• Videography experience (camera work, lighting, audio)
• Experience creating viral or high-performing social content
• Background in storytelling, interviews, or content production

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in person to capture testimonials, emotional success stories, and milestone moments
• Guide clients through filming so they feel comfortable, confident, and proud of their story
• Ask the right questions to bring out authentic, powerful responses
• Film content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• Capture behind-the-scenes moments in the office
