About The Position

As Xeikon’s Marketing Content & Campaign Specialist for North America, you will play a pivotal role in executing regional marketing initiatives whit focus on North America but as well supporting the Global team .This role blends creativity, technology, and collaboration — you’ll create compelling content (leveraging AI and digital tools), manage regional campaigns, and help translate Xeikon’s brand and innovations into measurable engagement and leads.Working closely with the Global Marketing team and the North American Sales organization, you will support and execute marketing activities such as trade shows, customer events, digital campaigns, and social media storytelling — ensuring Xeikon’s message reaches the right audiences with consistency and impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing execution, digital content creation, or campaign coordination (B2B or industrial sector experience is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation or CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pardot); experience working with a website CMS is a plus.
• Comfortable using AI-driven tools for content generation, design, or analytics (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva Magic Studio, Jasper, or similar).
• Basic design and content editing skills using Canva and Adobe InDesign (Adobe Express or similar tools also relevant).
• Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or equivalent.
• Strong writing and visual storytelling skills suited for social media and B2B campaigns.
• Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborative mindset — able to coordinate effectively across Sales, Global Marketing, and external partners.
• Analytical curiosity with an interest in tracking results and improving performance.
• Willingness to travel for events, customer visits, and internal meetings as required (hybrid work model with occasional travel to Elgin, IL).

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, logistics, and on-site execution of Xeikon events across North America — including trade shows, open houses, customer visits, and internal sales meetings.
• Work closely with Sales and Global Marketing to coordinate displays, materials, demos, and pre-event communications.
• Capture event highlights (photo, video, interviews) and create short-form content for Xeikon’s social media and website using AI and digital tools for editing and post-production.
• Help manage guest registrations, follow-up actions, and content uploads in Salesforce/HubSpot.
• Ensure a consistent, professional Xeikon brand experience across all physical and digital touchpoints.
• Turn our Chicago Innovation Center into an experience center and drive traffic towards this facility
• Support in Sales Tooling inline with the market requirements
• Support the execution of regional digital marketing campaigns, including email, social, and paid activities, in close collaboration with the Global Marketing team.
• Use AI tools to help create and adapt campaign content — visuals, posts, and short copy — for the North American audience.
• Assist in building, scheduling, and monitoring automated campaigns through HubSpot (or Salesforce/Pardot) to ensure accurate tracking of leads and engagement.
• Maintain clean and updated CRM data for marketing activities, ensuring all leads and campaign outcomes are properly logged and reported.
• Generate simple dashboards and reports that summarize regional marketing performance and campaign results for management.
• Work closely with Xeikon’s regional marketing agencies and vendors to coordinate campaigns, creative materials, and event support.
• Provide briefs, share feedback, and ensure that partner deliverables align with Xeikon’s brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Support performance tracking by gathering metrics and feedback from partners to help evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Collaborate with the Global Marketing team to ensure regional partner activities align with global messaging, content standards, and reporting frameworks.
• Help identify new tools, channels, or partners that can enhance Xeikon’s regional visibility and lead generation impact.
• Maintain and build relationships with key industry experts, journalists, and media partners to enhance Xeikon’s visibility in North America.
• Work closely with Flint Global Marketing and leverage the global agency network retained by Flint Group to ensure alignment, efficiency, and best-practice sharing across regions.
• Actively contribute ideas to improve Xeikon’s marketing impact in North America — from testing new AI tools to exploring emerging content formats and channels.
• Stay curious about digital trends, automation, and creative technologies that can enhance Xeikon’s storytelling and lead generation.
• Share learnings and insights from campaigns, events, and local market activity with the Global Marketing team to support continuous improvement.
• Participate in internal brainstorming sessions and cross-regional meetings to exchange best practices and strengthen alignment.
• Support the creation of regional marketing assets that reflect Xeikon’s innovative brand and commitment to customer success.
