ROLE PURPOSE: We are looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator to promote Belstra Milling and Belstra Farm and Garden Centers, along with strengthening our connection within the communities we serve. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, generating fresh ideas, and bringing events to life across multiple platforms. The position focuses on social media, graphic design, event promotion, internal communications, and supporting community engagement across Belstra. Requirements

Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing or communication preferred
2-3 years’ work experience in marketing
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong graphic design skills
Experience with social media management and content scheduling
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
Self-motivated and collaborative team player with the ability to manage multiple projects/deadlines
Familiarity with Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

Agriculture industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Develop and manage engaging social media content for Belstra Milling and multiple Farm and Garden locations.
Design flyers, advertisements, and promotional materials for company events, seasonal campaigns, and HR team.
Create and distribute Belstra company newsletters.
Update and manage digital content displayed on TV screens across 20+ sites
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing platforms
Occasionally represent Belstra at evening or weekend events as needed
Promote Belstra’s commitment to agriculture and the communities we serve
