About The Position

Role Mission Drive enrollment and family engagement through school outreach, creative marketing, and community events that build awareness, referrals, and loyalty.
Requirements
- Outgoing, energetic, and confident engaging families and students
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation for community visits
- Passion for youth education and community engagement
Nice To Haves
- Experience in marketing, outreach, or event coordination preferred
- Proficient with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Comfortable managing social media platforms
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with schools, PTAs, and youth organizations
- Represent Mathnasium at school events, fairs, and festivals
- Develop partnerships with local businesses for co-promotions
- Track outreach activity, contacts, and follow-ups
- Design flyers, posters, newsletters, and social content
- Maintain active social media presence
- Capture student success stories and event highlights
- Coordinate messaging with digital campaigns
- Plan monthly family events and themed math nights
- Create promotional materials and parent communications
- Coordinate staff logistics and participation
- Track attendance and event feedback
