About The Position

LGTC Group is a multi-site behavioral health organization providing evidence-based mental health services across California. We are seeking a Community Outreach Coordinator to support referral development, community engagement, and relationship-building efforts across our programs and locations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys people-facing work, relationship management, and representing an organization professionally in the community.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in outreach, community relations, business development, or related field
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing follow-up tasks
• On-site availability with local travel required

Nice To Haves

• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or social services
• Familiarity with referral-based environments
• Experience using CRM or contact tracking tools (training provided)
• Interest in mental health and community-based care

Responsibilities

• Support outreach efforts to referral partners, community providers, and organizations
• Schedule and attend outreach meetings, presentations, and local events
• Prepare and distribute outreach materials and information packets
• Maintain regular follow-up with referral sources and partners
• Track outreach activity, referrals, and contacts in CRM systems
• Coordinate with admissions to support referral intake and communication
• Represent LGTC Group professionally and in alignment with brand and compliance standards
