About The Position

The Marketing and Community Outreach Coordinator develops and executes comprehensive marketing and outreach programs that enhance the visibility, engagement, and recruitment objectives of Hartford HealthCare Community Living (HHCCL). The incumbent plans and delivers community events, manages media relations, creates and curates content across channels, tracks campaign performance, safeguards HHCCL’s online reputation, and partners with Field HR on community‑based recruitment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field and experience writing, editing and posting effective marketing content on social media platforms and through other channels
  • Demonstrated project management skills to execute marketing campaigns and community outreach events to include vendor negotiations, venue arrangement, logistics, registration, and follow-up
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills - Google Analytics, Meta Insights to track campaign effectiveness
  • Ability to communicate and interact well with all internal and external stakeholders
