About The Position

Twin Cities Siding & Roofing Professionals (TCSR) is hiring a hands-on Marketing & Community Engagement Coordinator to grow our brand through social media, community events, vendor partnerships, and local outreach. This is an execution-focused marketing role - not strategy-only. You'll be creating content, coordinating promotions, supporting events, building relationships, and helping generate real leads. If you're early in your marketing career and want ownership, visibility, and the ability to directly impact revenue, this role is for you.

Requirements

  • Strong comfort with social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn)
  • Comfortable being in the community and building relationships
  • Organized and detail-oriented with follow-through
  • Creative but able to work within brand guidelines
  • Self-starter who doesn't need micromanagement
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
  • Roofing or construction experience is NOT required. Personality, professionalism, and drive matter more.

Responsibilities

  • Social Media & Digital Marketing
  • Create and post organic content (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Capture job site photos/videos and turn them into posts
  • Write captions and promotional content
  • Grow followers and engagement
  • Manage Google Business Profile, Yelp, BBB listings
  • Execute email campaigns in Mailchimp
  • Create tracking numbers, UTMs, and QR codes
  • Community Engagement & Brand Presence
  • Coordinate trade shows and home shows
  • Support community event outreach and sponsorships
  • Help rebuild and manage signage and promotional materials
  • Build relationships with insurance agents and local partners
  • Support review generation and referral programs
  • Promotions & Campaign Execution
  • Ensure monthly promotions are live across: Website Email Social Print Call center scripts
  • Support co-branded marketing efforts with vendors (James Hardie, GAF)
  • Assist with direct mail and paid social coordination
  • Maintain contractor portals and vendor co-op compliance
  • Tracking & Lead Coordination
  • Track lead sources and attribution
  • Support Angi lead budget tracking
  • Coordinate reporting with sales and office leadership
  • Ensure tracking numbers and campaign visibility are accurate
