About The Position

Content Creation & Product Storytelling Write, edit, and refine compelling copy for websites, product pages, brochures, email campaigns, sales tools, and other marketing assets, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. Translate technical specifications, performance features, and design intent into clear, engaging, customer-appropriate language. Concept brand campaign themes and develop copy for print advertising, luxury shelter magazines, paid social media (including video), and other high-visibility marketing placements. Brand Advocacy & Content Accuracy Serve as a steward of brand voice, tone, and messaging, ensuring a cohesive luxury experience across all touchpoints. Ensure content accuracy, terminology consistency, and alignment with established product narratives and positioning. Maintain high editorial standards through proofreading, fact-checking, and version control. Cross-Functional & Tactical Support Collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional partners (design, product, sales, training) to execute communications that align with broader marketing strategies and value propositions. Respond to copy needs from sales teams and distributors, maintaining messaging consistency across regions and markets. Support corporate and internal communications as needed, including social media posts, press releases, internal newsletters, and corporate events. Product & Brand Knowledge Development Build and maintain strong working knowledge of Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove products and technologies through hands-on learning and collaboration with internal teams. Workflow, Tools & Process Excellence Execute assignments within established workflows and project management systems, meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Collaborate using shared creative and productivity tools such as Figma, Miro, Loop, and related platforms. Use AI-powered tools (including Microsoft Copilot) to support research, drafting, editing, and optimization while maintaining human judgment and brand quality. Measurement & Continuous Improvement Partner with marketing teammates to review engagement and performance data and apply insights to optimize future content. Contribute ideas to improve content clarity, usability, and production efficiency over time.
