Marketing Communications Specialist Location: Bedford, MA (Hybrid) Precision Manufacturing Join our global marketing team and play a key role in shaping how we connect with customers worldwide. As a Marketing Communications (Marcom) Specialist , you will manage our global campaign calendar, lead social media strategy, and deliver flawless trade show and event experiences. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on organization, creativity, and collaboration. This role forms part of the Precision Manufacturing Commercial function

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing communications, social media, or event management.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail and brand storytelling.
  • Familiarity with tools like Pardot, Salesforce, CMS platforms, and social scheduling tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Adobe Creative Suite experience.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Coordination: Own the global marketing calendar, align cross-functional teams, and keep launches on track.
  • Social Media Leadership: Plan and publish engaging content, monitor performance, and grow our online presence.
  • Event Management: Take full ownership of trade show logistics—from booth design to lead capture and post-event reporting.
  • Content Creation: Write and edit newsletters, email campaigns, and marketing collateral while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Marketing Operations: Support lead nurturing, automation workflows, and campaign performance analysis.
