This role is responsible for creating high-quality marketing and sales materials, managing company messaging and public relations, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, public relations, or a related role.
Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise, and professional content.
Ability to translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand messaging.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Self-motivated with a high level of ownership and accountability.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
Perform all tasks in a safe and responsible manner with the ability to work within strict deadlines.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in B2B, industrial, or manufacturing environments is preferred.
Familiarity with Adobe tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) for light editing.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute high-quality content across multiple channels, including social media, website and digital platforms, sales collateral (brochures, presentations, one-pagers), internal communications, and external messaging such as press releases.
Own and support content strategy by helping plan and execute a content roadmap aligned with business goals, sales priorities, and marketing initiatives.
Partner with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather insights and translate complex information into clear, compelling content.
Collaborate with designers and marketing team members to ensure content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and visual direction.
Support sales enablement by creating materials that effectively communicate value to customers and prospects.
Contribute to brand awareness efforts, including public relations, company messaging, tradeshow materials, and event marketing initiatives.
Help manage content production by coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Adapt and distribute content across digital and social channels to maximize reach and engagement.
Monitor content performance and make data-driven improvements to enhance effectiveness and impact.
Ensure consistency across multiple brands while tailoring messaging for different audiences.
