Marketing & Communications Specialist

Spring Education GroupMilpitas, CA
$72,000 - $82,000Onsite

About The Position

Stratford School, part of Spring Education Group, is a leading independent WASC-accredited private school in California offering courses from preschool through 12th grade. Stratford Preparatory Milpitas, opened in Fall 2025, will serve grades 6 through 10 in the 2026–27 school year, expanding to grades 6 through 12 by Fall 2028. It offers a rigorous college preparatory program grounded in real-world applications of science, technology, engineering, arts, math, and leadership, with opportunities for honors, Advanced Placement, and post-AP college-level courses. The school aims to develop confident learners and is building a team committed to an exceptional student experience. The Marketing and Communications Specialist will be a driven, creative, and solutions-oriented individual responsible for building and amplifying the story of this new and rapidly growing school. This role involves both strategy and execution of internal stakeholder communications and communicating the school's vitality to the Stratford Schools network and the local and external community. The specialist will act as the "storyteller in residence," supporting admissions and enrollment efforts led by school leadership. This is a build role, not a maintenance role, where the work will directly influence enrollment, strengthen community engagement, position the school as a leading college preparatory program in the Bay Area, and contribute to the long-term success of the school. The ideal candidate is energized by building from the ground up, taking initiative, and making a visible impact.
