About The Position

With powerful automation, platform-level AI, and out-of-the-box connectors, it centralizes access visibility, enforces fine-grained controls, enables just-in-time access, and automates user access reviews across all apps. It’s easy to use, quick to deploy, and trusted by enterprises like DigitalOcean, Instacart, Ramp, and Zscaler. We're looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist who knows how to make content people actually want to engage with. Someone who is video-first, social-native, and deeply plugged into how modern audiences consume and share information. From short-form video to newsletters to community engagement, you’ll take ideas and turn them into consistent, high-quality output that builds awareness and connection with our audience. You move fast. You’re organized. You understand how to market to technical buyers. You are AI-native. You use AI tools to create, edit, repurpose, and distribute content at scale. You know how to turn one piece of content into ten, and you do it quickly.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in content marketing, social media, community, or marketing communications — ideally in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Video-native. You’ve created and edited short-form video content and can speak to the tools you use (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.).
  • Strong executor. You’re organized, reliable, and can manage multiple streams of work without dropping the ball.
  • Social-first mindset. You understand how content performs on LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms. You know what makes people stop scrolling.
  • Clear writer and editor. You can write concise, engaging copy and adapt tone across formats.
  • AI-native. You use AI tools to accelerate content creation, editing, and repurposing.
  • Community-oriented. You enjoy engaging with people, responding to comments, and building relationships online.
  • Low ego, high ownership. You take feedback well, iterate quickly, and care about the outcome.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with influencers or creators
  • Experience building or managing a Reddit or online community
  • Portfolio of content (social posts, videos, newsletters, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Own social media execution. Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and engagement across LinkedIn and emerging channels. Keep a consistent cadence and voice.
  • Create video content. Shoot, edit, and publish short-form video content (think YouTube and LinkedIn video content). You’re comfortable behind the camera.
  • Build and engage community. Help launch and grow our customer community, including platforms like Reddit. Drive conversations, respond to users, and keep the community active and valuable.
  • Support influencer marketing. Identify, coordinate, and manage relationships with creators and voices in the identity and security space. Help amplify campaigns through external channels.
  • Execute content distribution. Take blogs, guides, and campaigns and turn them into social posts, videos, emails, and more. Ensure everything we create gets seen.
  • Own the newsletter. Build, write, and send recurring newsletters that people actually open and read.
  • Stay on top of trends. Bring new ideas for content formats, social trends, and community tactics. You know what’s working right now and how to apply it.
