About The Position

In this role, you will be responsible for the development and execution of key marketing communications initiatives in national and international markets. The Marketing Communications Specialist supports various internal and external communications responsibilities for IMMY including print, email, website, social media, and other marketing and advertising medium. Developing clear, relevant, and on-message communication will help aid content generation, collateral, and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in Marketing Communications and Brand Development
  • Communications or Public Relations degree or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in building clear, compelling value propositions that can be expressed in a variety of media
  • Maintain a high sense of urgency and entrepreneurial work ethic that drives outcomes
  • Exceptional strategic thinker and strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite and preferably design programs (Canva, InDesign, Adobe CS, etc.)
  • Positive “can do” attitude – passionate and able to show commitment and to inspire others

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in design
  • MBA, Communications, or Public Relations degree

Responsibilities

  • Participate in cross-functional strategic teams to ensure communication priorities are aligned with organizational goals.
  • Partner closely with product marketing, sales, clinical, and leadership to maintain cohesive messaging and coordinated execution.
  • Ensure consistent, on-brand communication strategies across all channels and touchpoints
  • Develop, review, and approve all external-facing marketing materials, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and brand alignment.
  • Coordinate the planning, development, and refresh of product marketing materials across the portfolio.
  • Design and develop sales tools and resources that clearly articulate product value and support field effectiveness.
  • Assist in the creation of press releases, presentation decks
  • Initiate and manage design projects in partnership with internal graphic design and external agencies.
  • Provide creative direction to ensure materials meet brand and quality standards.
  • Oversee vendor relationships for literature production, printing, and fulfillment.
  • Support team members in execution of digital asset development and social media
  • Own and drive the overall tradeshow and conference strategy, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Manage booth design and production in collaboration with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee asset development, event messaging, and onsite execution to deliver a strong, consistent brand presence.
