Right now, we're looking for a Marketing Communication Manager who's ready to roll up their sleeves and bring strategy to life through high-quality, on-brand messaging that drives results. This role is all about turning marketing plans into clear, effective communications that connect. You'll manage the full process of email and SMS campaigns-from planning and content setup to QA and deployment. You'll also own the master communication calendar, ensuring that the right message hits the right inbox at the right time. Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in email/SMS marketing, lifecycle marketing, or campaign operations (DTC or wellness experience is a plus)
  • Strong background with HubSpot or Klaviyo-you know your way around workflows, segmentation, and reporting
  • Great attention to detail-especially when it comes to QA, brand consistency, and deadlines
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • A problem-solver who's proactive, curious, and always looking for ways to improve results

Nice To Haves

  • DTC or wellness experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly communication strategies
  • Own the email and SMS calendar, managing timing, sequencing, and alignment with product launches, promos, and lifecycle flows
  • Build and deploy campaigns in HubSpot or Klaviyo, making sure everything is tested, working, and polished before launch
  • Handle segmentation, personalization, and logic so every message feels targeted and relevant
  • Keep outbound communication consistent with our brand voice and visual standards
  • Set up and manage automated workflows for onboarding, nurture, and retention
  • Track performance metrics like open rates, clicks, and conversions-and use that data to make things better
  • Run A/B tests to refine messaging and boost engagement
  • Monitor list health to improve deliverability and reduce unsubscribes
  • Work closely with creative, lifecycle, and product teams to ensure everyone's in sync
  • Keep key stakeholders in the loop on campaign status and results
