About The Position

Our Daily Bread Ministries is seeking a skilled and strategic Marketing Communications Project Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated communications that clearly express and promote our mission and resources. In this role, you will oversee marketing initiatives that connect audiences around the world with meaningful, Christ-centered content—ensuring every message is consistent, compelling, and aligned with organizational priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in marketing communications, copywriting, or content marketing.
  • Creative and imaginative in expressing product concepts, descriptions, and promotional messaging.
  • Capable of coordinating multiple concurrent projects while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Skilled in adapting marketing language for diverse audiences and demographics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing communications that support key ministry priorities and product initiatives.
  • Protect and strengthen the ministry’s brand voice by ensuring all messaging is clear, consistent, engaging, and conversational.
  • Oversee the development of marketing copy for product publications across print and digital platforms, maintaining alignment with brand standards.
  • Create and manage compelling copy for a wide range of channels, including direct mail, newsletters, brochures, catalogs, web content, email campaigns, social media, events, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to research audiences, analyze market trends, and develop creative concepts that differentiate ministry resources.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all written content while maintaining organized documentation and copy management systems.
  • Support public-facing communications such as events, media outreach, and press materials—ensuring messaging reflects the ministry’s mission and includes clear calls to action.
  • Track project scope, timelines, and deliverables; develop workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage new and existing product marketing copy, ensuring each resource is positioned clearly and competitively in the marketplace.
  • Oversee freelance copywriters as needed, ensuring quality, alignment, and timely delivery of content.
