This role develops campaign strategy, translates technical concepts into clear customer messaging, and serves as the primary connection between marketing activity and commercial outcomes. This role reports to the regional Senior Growth Marketing Manager.  While we are open to remote candidates within the U.S., we have a strong preference for candidates based in the Indianapolis, Indiana area to facilitiate occasional in-person collaboration.  

Requirements

  • Education – Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a similar field.
  • Experience – 7+ years of experience in the marketing field.
  • Desired Abilities and Skills – Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills. Exhibit strong project management skills and the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams. Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset. Deep understanding of marketing and tools/programs, such as Salesforce, Pardot and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Driving campaign strategy: Own the strategy and execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement, qualified leads and funnel impact.
  • Developing customer messaging: Translate complex product and solution information into compelling, customer-centric value propositions and content across priority vertical markets.
  • Understanding customer behavior: Develop a deep understanding of audience behavior in the region, analyze each stage of our sales funnel and collaborate closely with our sales teams to respond to buyer intent effectively.
  • Optimizing performance: Monitor real-time results across digital channels and Salesforce to optimize tactics and maximize lead to pipeline conversion.
  • Partnering cross-functionally: Aligning plans with Sales, Inside Sales, Global Marketing to ensure campaigns support business priorities and receive buy-in across the organization.
  • Communicating marketing impact: Report campaign performance to stakeholders and demonstrate a clear connection between marketing activity and funnel impact.
  • Navigating ambiguity: Operate effectively in a fast-moving environment where not all inputs are defined, using data, experimentation, and stakeholder input to clarify direction and drive progress.
