About The Position

onsemi is seeking a results-driven, creative Marketer to join the Campaign Marketing team. As a Campaign Marketing Manager, you will drive our global campaigns and product introductions by creating best-in-class content and coordinating promotional activities including email marketing, paid advertising and social media. In this role you will have the opportunity to build relationships with and work with stakeholders across onsemi including Corporate Marketing, Business Units, Field Sales, Inside Sales, and Distribution partner organizations. This position will ideally be based in Phoenix, AZ and report to the Manager, Global Campaigns and Content Marketing within the Corporate Marketing organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Communications/Advertising/Journalism or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of Marketing or Marcom experience, preferably in high-tech and B2B companies. Prior experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus, but not a mandate
  • Experience in creating content for a multi-channel marketing approach – ads, web, blogs, brochures, whitepapers, keynotes, industry event presentations, social media, video, etc.
  • Experience in supporting, implementing and measuring end-to-end marketing campaigns
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects
  • Solid understanding of CRM systems such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to execute precisely to brand and style guidelines
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a passion for technology, and the flexibility and focus to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions
  • Ability to travel infrequently domestically

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite and HTML will be a plus

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Planning and Roll-Out
  • Support the planning and implementation of go-to-market product launches and strategic campaigns
  • Coordinate services such as content creation, graphic design, document translation, website content updates, photography, social media, video production
  • Measuring, analyzing and reporting on marketing campaign success
  • Content Marketing
  • Support the development of short- and long-form content that can be customized and adapted across onsemi.com, sales enablement and marketing collateral (e.g., ads, social media, blogs, ebooks, whitepapers, infographics)
  • Define and implement drip nurture campaigns that follow the customers’ buying journey from awareness to purchase with a focus on optimizing content that is made available at the right place, at the right time, to the right audience/decision-maker
  • Drive Brand Presence and Integrity
  • Evangelize consistent use and adoption of the onsemi brand voice and tone across all marketing programs and tactics
  • Maintain and elevate the onsemi brand integrity and core values across external touchpoints
