About The Position

The Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for planning, executi ng, and optimizing email marketing and digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement and demand, and generate qualified leads to support revenue growth, while cont ributing ideas to improv e engagement, efficiency and pipeline impact. This role owns campaigns end-to-end—from email strategy and marketing automation to paid media execution and performanc e tracking. The Marketing Campaign Manager works closely with cross-functional partners to bring campaigns to life, while also managing the systems and data that ensure accurate m easurement and continuo us improvement. This position requires a detail- oriented marketer with strong or ganizational skills, an analytical mindset, and experience with marketing automation, digital advertising, and cross-channel campaign execution, plus excellent attention to detail to ensure emails and other comm unications are on-brand and error-free. Clear written and verbal communicati on skills and a willingness to learn in a fast- paced environment are a must. The ideal candi date enjoys building ca mpaigns, analyzing performance, and continuously op timizing for better results.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in mark eting automation, ema il marketing, digital marketing, campaign managem ent or demand generation
  • Experience with CRM systems, ma rketing automation, digital advertising, Google Ads and Analytics, and webcast platforms; prior k nowledge of Marketo, HubSpot and/or Dynamics CRM is a plus
  • Strong execution experience with mark eting automation and email marketing
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
  • Excellent written and verbal communica tion skills with attention to detail
  • Analytical skills with proficiency in campaign reporting, dashboards, and performance optimization
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadline-driven projects
  • Desire to learn new proce sses and optimize existing ones
  • Flexible, friendly, and solution-oriented
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and work in a fast-paced, global environment

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal partners to build , segment, deploy and continuously improve digital demand and email campaigns to suppor t product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives, including newsletters, nurture programs, events, webi nars, paid media, and promotional sends
  • Own and manage our marketing automation system (HubSpot)
  • Develop campaign strategy, segmentation, lead scoring, and testing plans to improve engagement and conversion
  • Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing optimizations to improve efficiency and results based on engagement, A/B testing, conversion data and other insights
  • Track ROI and recommend improvem ents based on performance trends
  • Ensure accurate tracking for conversions , events, and performance across campaigns and channels
  • Create forms, landing pages, workflows and w eb content to support campaigns, promotions and events
  • Provide reporting and insights on ca mpaign performance and demand metrics for stakeholders
  • Routinely perform databas e cleanup and list management
  • Ensure campaigns align with Biamp brand gui delines, voice, and overall go-to-market strategy
  • Stay up to date on digital marketing trends and identify opportunities to test and implement new tactics
