About The Position

We are seeking a Marketing & Brand Operations Manager to take full ownership of our marketing execution and cultural brand expression, who blends strategic marketing leadership with a refined visual aesthetic. You will act as an Art Director, Brand Strategist, Project Manager, and Event Planner - someone who not only manages campaigns but curates the entire Nautilus experience across every touchpoint.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, brand management, or creative direction (luxury, design, or construction experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to balance creative vision with business strategy - thinking like both a designer and a marketer.
  • Strong visual sensibility and experience approving or directing creative work.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Monday.com, OneDrive, and major social platforms.
  • Local presence in Sarasota or willingness to relocate (relocation assistance may be considered).
  • Enthusiasm for architecture, design, and storytelling through visual and experiential mediums.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full scope of Nautilus Homes' marketing initiatives - from brand storytelling and content creation to events, PR, and digital strategy.
  • Act as the brand's artistic and creative director , ensuring every visual and written element aligns with our high design standards.
  • Manage relationships with top-tier marketing firms and creative vendors.
  • Plan and execute brand events, community engagements, and cultural experiences that strengthen our local presence.
  • Oversee all communications, including social media, newsletters, press releases, and client materials.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Track marketing performance, ROI, and budget allocations with discipline.
  • Support sales efforts through collateral development and lead generation strategies.
