As a Marketing Automation Intern, you will support the development, execution, and optimization of automated marketing programs that improve efficiency, personalize customer experiences, and drive measurable results. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and data engineering — roughly half of the work involves hands-on coding, data wrangling, and technical problem-solving. You'll write SQL to build and audit audiences, use Python (often with AI-assisted tools like Cursor) to automate workflows, and work across platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, GCP, and Databricks as our data infrastructure grows. Working closely with creative, digital, and account teams, you will help bring automated campaigns to life, apply industry best practices, and contribute fresh ideas in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
