The Marketing Automation & Demand Generation Specialist supports the execution and optimization of Kiln’s lifecycle marketing and demand generation programs. This role blends campaign execution, marketing automation, segmentation, and analytics to help move prospects from first impression to tour booking to active membership across 20+ locations. Working closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional partners, you will build and manage always-on and campaign-based nurture programs that bring Kiln’s brand, voice, and value proposition to life across email, CRM, marketing automation platforms, and third-party tools. While this role directly supports revenue outcomes, it is rooted in marketing craft—thoughtful messaging, audience segmentation, timing, experimentation, and continuous improvement. You help turn Kiln’s CRM and automation systems into a creative, data-driven marketing engine that scales efficiently and feels human.
