About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Associate to support our cross-functional marketing organization. This role provides broad exposure to demand generation, content marketing, product marketing, design and marketing analytics, offering a strong foundation for long-term growth within the marketing function. The ideal candidate is highly organized, execution-focused, and eager to learn. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, assisting with campaign execution, and helping ensure our marketing programs run efficiently. This role also offers the opportunity to learn how our AI-driven marketing tools and systems work together to power our go-to-market efforts. This role will report directly to the Sr. Director, Marketing Strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant marketing experience preferred (internships or project-based experience welcome).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Comfort working with data and basic analytics tools (Excel, Google Analytics dashboards, etc.).
  • Interest in learning how modern marketing technology supports campaign execution and cross-functional workflows.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn new tools, processes, and marketing disciplines.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with demand generation activities, including campaign setup, email execution, list management, and performance tracking.
  • Support the content marketing team by maintaining the content calendar, coordinating deadlines, conducting research, and ensuring content is published accurately and on schedule.
  • Maintain the Asana project request form.
  • Contribute to SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization tasks, and performance monitoring under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Provide light graphic design support, including updating and customizing Canva templates and preparing basic visual assets while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to maintain collateral, gather competitive insights, and support product or feature launches.
  • Partner with marketing analytics to pull data, update dashboards, and help measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Learn how our AI tools, marketing platforms, and automation systems integrate across the marketing organization, and support operational tasks related to these tools.
  • Manage administrative and operational tasks such as updating systems, maintaining documentation, and supporting team workflows.
  • Provide general support across the marketing organization as needs arise.
