About The Position

The Marketing Associate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks to ensure the marketing department runs smoothly. This role requires an understanding of marketing to be familiar with ways to coordinate events and analyze data. This role interacts with agency partners in support of communications strategy, planning, and implementation. This position supports the brand's communication and innovation activities by collaborating with sales, marketing, operations, product development, and finance on various initiatives. This person should be able to manage multiple projects of varying complexities with multiple deadlines. Must have a strong mindfulness and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in marketing or related field
  • Familiarity with SEO and SEM best practices, and the ability to use web analytics and research tools to understand search performance and audience behavior
  • Adequate knowledge of data collection methods
  • Superior organization skills with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge with CRM and product management programs
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Excel, web analytics, and Google AdWords

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage daily marketing administrative tasks
  • Prepare reports on marketing metrics weekly, monthly, or as needed.
  • Social media account management by posting engaging content daily and connecting with industry influencers.
  • Write keyword optimized marketing copy for digital and print assets.
  • Track social media, web analytics, and analyze trends.
  • Support industry specific events; to include tracking expenses, organizing timelines, shipping equipment, and supplies.
  • Maintain marketing stock and assets.
  • Maintain corporate calendar and interdepartmental communications.
  • Schedule virtual demonstrations with product and sales teams
  • Travel to trade shows and various events to coordinate setup and teardown.
  • Work with third parties when applicable.
  • Ad hoc duties to provide support to a variety of marketing efforts.
