The Marketing Associate supports Mancomm’s marketing efforts while also participating in core business operations. This is an entry-level role for someone who wants to learn how marketing actually works inside a real company, not just in theory. Responsibilities

Assist with marketing initiatives, campaigns, and materials
Help create and manage written content across email, web, print, and other channels
Conduct research on customers, markets, and competitors
Work directly with leadership on marketing execution and iteration
Communicate with customers and capture patterns, feedback, and insights
Support basic office and operational work as needed
Help translate customer understanding into clearer messaging
