About The Position

The Marketing Associate will support the marketing function of the organization in the management and execution of all marketing and promotional activities for Triple J Enterprises, with a special focus on events, promotions, and digital marketing.

Requirements

• In depth knowledge of digital and traditional media platforms.
• Effective and persuasive communications skills; able to write and speak clearly and present information to a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy-focused.
• High School Diploma or GED
• At least one year of experience in Marketing or related field preferred

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications is a plus

Responsibilities

• Works alongside Creative Supervisor and Social Media Manager on graphic design for marketing and promotional assets.
• Works alongside Creative Supervisor and Social Media Manager on conceptual, shooting, and video editing.
• Provides support to the marketing team in managing, writing content and minor creative conceptual for social media, email campaigns, etc.
• Assist with social media monitoring, brand presence, and the identification of emerging trends, platform activity, and competitor campaigns.
• Tracks and reports marketing efforts and promotions of the competition.
• Key team member in managing events and sponsorships to ensure efficient execution while maximizing all possible opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing team members and to some extent division managers for specific marketing and advertising objectives.
• Present assignments to division manager/leaders and department as needed.
• Responsible for processing and auditing of monthly vendor invoices.
• Supports in all other areas of marketing related tasks assigned by the VP of Marketing and Marketing Manager.
