About The Position

SuperDial is building AI-powered automation to fix broken workflows in healthcare revenue cycle management. We work with fast-growing healthcare organizations to eliminate manual processes, accelerate cash flow, and free up teams to focus on higher-impact work. We’re early, ambitious, and execution-obsessed. We’re looking for a Marketing Associate who is equal parts operator and builder. This role is focused on owning our website, inbound funnel, marketing tooling, automated outbound, SEO, and Clay-powered growth workflows. You’ll work closely with leadership to turn strategy into systems: shipping fast, testing constantly, and building scalable marketing infrastructure from the ground up. About the Role: Website & Inbound Own the SuperDial website (content updates, landing pages, conversion optimization) Build and optimize inbound funnels tied to demos, content, and outbound campaigns Partner with sales to ensure clean handoffs and attribution Marketing Tooling & Automation Own and manage the marketing tech stack (CRM, enrichment, email tools, analytics) Build automated workflows across inbound and outbound systems Maintain clean data, tracking, and reporting Automated Outbound & Clay Build and run Clay-powered workflows for account research, enrichment, and segmentation Support outbound campaigns with personalized, data-driven targeting Continuously test new signals, triggers, and automations to improve conversion SEO & Content Infrastructure Execute SEO fundamentals (on-page optimization, keyword research, content updates) Support long-term content and demand generation strategy Track performance and iterate based on what actually drives pipeline Analytics & Experimentation Monitor funnel performance across website, inbound, and outbound Run experiments and A/B tests across messaging, pages, and workflows Share insights clearly with leadership and sales About You: 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations Strong hands-on experience with marketing tools and automation Direct experience using Clay or similar enrichment tools Working knowledge of SEO best practices Fast learner who thrives in ambiguity Bonus Points Experience in B2B SaaS or healthcare Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or modern RevOps stacks SQL, APIs, or light technical skills Experience supporting outbound sales teams Why SuperDial? Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations
  • Strong hands-on experience with marketing tools and automation
  • Direct experience using Clay or similar enrichment tools
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Fast learner who thrives in ambiguity

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or healthcare
