About The Position

Marketing Associate The Marketing Associate handles a wide variety of situations and priorities involving the routine and non-routine functions for assigned regions. Initiates and executes key components of the marketing plan including independent execution of trade shows and customer facing promotions/promotional activities. What you’ll be doing: Responsible for Demandbase for assigned regions. Coordinates Marketo operations (as well as marketing activities - newsletters, emails). Responsible for the Drift for assigned regions. Manages social media platforms specific to assigned regions (XING, Elevate, etc.). Manages CE database reports, audits and lead management. Coordinates web updates (WordPress) and web reports (GA). Drafts marketing content (newsletters, internal documents, etc.) as needed. Manages trade shows. Manages Mission Critical podcast recording for assigned regions. Ongoing and Ad-Hoc project management tasks such as: Code club, business cards portal, collateral, Sigstr planning, etc. Other duties as assigned. Initiates and executes key components of the Digital Marketing plan including assisting with Marketing Operations, performance reporting and content development. Responsibilities: Coordinates Marketo operations Responsible for Drift Manages CE database reports, audits and lead management. Coordinates web updates (WordPress) and web reports (GA). Analyze performance data from email, display, paid social, website, and events. Assist with integrating Marketing technology stack. Help create content to support online visibility. Drafts marketing website content as needed. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • A passion for B2B Marketing and IT/technology
  • Knowledge of, or desire to learn marketing digital tools and techniques
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Experience creating email marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to build effective relationships at various levels of the organization to drive results and provide excellent service.
  • Strong understanding of HTML.
  • Works well with a cross-functional team and have a strong understanding of lead generation.
  • Knowledge of, or desire to learn Digital Marketing tools and techniques

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics sales flow is preferred.
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels such as PPC, organic search and display advertising is preferred
  • Experience with Act-On automation tools is preferred
  • Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets, especially for reporting and data analysis
  • Experience in generating content and SEO fundamentals.
