About The Position

About the Role: We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive Marketing Associate to support the planning and execution of strategic marketing initiatives across our Wealth, Corporate, and Institutional Banking segments. In this role, you’ll manage project timelines, coordinate cross‑functional workstreams, and ensure deliverables move efficiently from concept to completion. You’ll partner closely with business stakeholders and internal teams to implement campaigns that drive engagement, elevate brand visibility, and support revenue goals. Success in this role requires strong project and account management skills, clear communication, and the ability to navigate a matrixed environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Four to six years of experience in marketing industry

Responsibilities

  • Assist Marketing Managers in the execution of integrated marketing initiatives across various channels.
  • Support the development of marketing materials and communications tailored to B2B audiences.
  • Coordinate with internal teams—including sales enablement, activation, and digital—to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
  • Leverage insights and data to support strategic recommendations and continuous improvement.
  • Help maintain segment-specific marketing plans, calendars, and timelines.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, webinars, and promotional activities.
  • Submit marketing materials for compliance review and ensure timely approvals in alignment with regulatory and brand standards.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities relevant to assigned segments.
