About The Position

Baker Brothers Plumbing, Air & Electric is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support their Brand Manager in executing marketing initiatives that drive lead generation, brand growth, and customer engagement. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and analytical sides of marketing. The assistant will play a key role in executing campaigns across multiple channels and supporting real business growth. Baker Brothers is a well-established and trusted leader in home services across the DFW area, known for delivering exceptional service, building strong customer relationships, and maintaining a recognizable, community-focused brand.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of marketing experience
  • Familiar with digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social, email, etc.)
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills
  • Ability to interpret data and improve campaign performance
  • Strong organization and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and accountable

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in home services or a local service business
  • Experience with our CRM, Service Titan
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress and HTML

Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing campaigns across digital, social media, email, print, and direct mail channels
  • Support SEO efforts, website updates, and content management
  • Help manage email and SMS marketing campaigns
  • Support CRM management (Service Titan) and customer marketing initiatives
  • Create marketing assets including graphics, email templates, and promotional materials
  • Write and support content creation (social posts, blogs, ad copy, and campaign messaging)
  • Coordinate with vendors for print, digital advertising, and campaign execution
  • Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics and marketing platforms
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences
  • Assist with social media management, including scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking
  • Support on-site events and community marketing initiatives throughout the year
  • Help ensure marketing efforts stay organized, on schedule, and aligned with company goals
