Note that this role is being hired on a temporary basis (roughly 3 months). Purpose: The purpose of this position is to serve as support the North American Media Services Commercial and Marketing teams with the creation of presentations, proposals, and RFP responses; manage the library of Marketing Services-related promotional, marketing and sales materials on NEP Anywhere; assist the sales teams with Salesforce data entry and reporting; and coordinate the planning and execution of marketing-related events. This individual will work closely with sales teams, as well as the Corporate Marketing team.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing, communications, administration or related field
  • Experience building high-impact presentations and proposals
  • Understanding and knowledge of Salesforce and/or DealHub
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills and excellent people-skills
  • Excellent ability to prioritize, and multi task
  • Ability to work independently, within teams, and cross-functionally with excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, especially PowerPoint, as well as Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Comfortable working across time zones and communicating with different cultures across the globe

Responsibilities

  • Work with Broadcast Services leaders and sales teams to build presentations, proposals and RFP responses as needed, including, but no limited to: Using their knowledge of our existing content library to gather content. Working with our global teams to gather any needed new content, information and statistics. Building new content as needed. Serving as a final editor, checking document
  • Work with the Media Services and Corporate Marketing teams to manage the Sales & Marketing content library. This will include: Coordinating the organization of NEP Anywhere to ensure materials are accessible and easy to find. Coordinating the system of identifying new and updated materials, and ensuring they are entered into the library. Uploading, tagging, and managing content on NEP Anywhere.
  • Assist sales teams with data entry and management in SalesForce as needed, including: Manage the US contracts database, coordinating with sales, finance and legal to ensure the contract records are accurate, up to date and with proper alerts and notifications Pulling and formatting regular reports for sales and leadership teams from SalesForce Other general data entry as needed
  • Work with the Media Services Marketing & Commercial teams to coordinate the planning and execute events
