About The Position
Kemco is a dynamic organization dedicated to commercial HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance across a wide variety of industries. We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and experienced Marketing and Multimedia Assistant to join our team. This part-time position offers a chance to shape our brand voice, grow our audience, and lead innovative marketing campaigns. The Marketing and Multimedia Assistant will oversee the development and execution of our marketing strategy, manage multimedia content creation, and strengthen brand engagement. This role requires a balance of creativity, strategic planning, and hands-on multimedia skills to drive growth and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy: Execute marketing plans that align with business goals, focusing on brand awareness, customer acquisition, and audience engagement.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of multimedia content (videos, graphics, photos, etc.) for digital and social media channels.
- Social Media Management: Plan, manage, and optimize social media content, track engagement, and develop strategies to grow our online presence.
- Campaigns & Promotions: Implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives to drive growth.
- Brand Management: Maintain brand voice and ensure consistency across all platforms and media.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and media channels.
