The Marketing and Events Director is one of four Managing Directors of Breitenbush Hot Springs. Working closely with the Business Director, the Finance Director, the Facilities Director, and the Board of Directors, the Marketing and Events Director areas of responsibility include: All aspects of marketing and advertising Development of the Breitenbush brand, which flows from the Credo, Mission Statement, and Land Acknowledgment Programming and management of events (workshops, retreats, conferences, and gatherings) Oversight and management of the Marketing and Events Team The Marketing and Events Director reports to the Business Director, and provides monthly reports to the Board of Directors. This position, along with the other Managing Directors, works to meet Key Performance Indicators related to projected occupancy numbers and related revenue and expense projections. The Marketing and Events Director is accountable to abide by Breitenbush’s Work Life Agreements and Community Life Agreements.
