Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in either Marketing/Communications or related field
• 3-5 years of marketing experience within the AEC Industry
• Exceptional writing, editing, graphics, time management, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Software proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite products (e.g. InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office suite programs.
• Knowledge and familiarity of social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook), and web content management systems (Craft CMS).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments with critical deadlines
• The candidate must have a strong work ethic, a relentless drive to fulfill commitments, tremendous enthusiasm and a sincere commitment to client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Produce written content for external communications, including website copy, email marketing, brochures, and presentations.
• Manage the scheduling and publishing of social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Contribute to the organization and maintenance of our CRM (Deltek), DAM (OpenAsset), and overall marketing file structure.
• Collaborate with project management teams to coordinate project photography.
• Partner with Business Development leads to create and produce event promotional campaigns and materials.
• Assist the Marketing Manager in developing the internal monthly newsletter.
• Lead the proposal development process as needed, working closely with Business Development leaders to create content that effectively conveys technical expertise while maintaining high-quality visual presentation.
• Perform other marketing and administrative tasks as assigned.
