About The Position

Reporting to the Executive Director, this hands-on role is designed for a creative and detail-oriented professional who will support community engagement, digital storytelling, and organizational communications. You will manage Veggielution's CRM system, drive social media efforts, and coordinate closely with program and administrative staff to ensure all outreach reflects our mission and community-centered approach. This position is ideal for a highly organized team member who thrives in a dynamic environment and is excited to grow with a mission-centered organization.

Requirements

  • A deep passion for advancing racial, economic, and social justice in immigrant and working-class communities.
  • Spanish-English or Vietnamese-English bilingual/biliterate.
  • Creativity to test new ideas and the administrative skill to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable with a non-conventional mix of office and outdoor work and enjoy interacting with visitors in a farm setting.
  • Ability to maintain and optimize systems to track community members, volunteers, and engagement metrics.
  • Experience managing social media platforms, creating e-newsletters, and updating website content via Squarespace.
  • A knack for gathering assets like photos and quotes to highlight organizational impact.
  • Skills to facilitate outreach, scheduling, and follow-up for workshops and volunteer opportunities.
  • Strong skills in Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
