The Marketing and Communications Manager contributes to brand awareness and audience engagement by producing multimedia storytelling content for digital and traditional channels, including web, print, email, and social media. The manager also contributes to the development and execution of marketing strategies, including digital and social media advertising, email campaigns, and collateral development. This includes creating messaging to engage alumnae, donors, and prospective students/families. This position works collaboratively with a team of eight marketing and communications professionals and partners extensively with campus partners. The Marketing and Communications Manager leads the development and execution of integrated digital and print content and marketing strategies that advance the priorities of the College and support the goals of the Advancement and Admission divisions. This role manages and maintains the College website and social media channels by producing, publishing, and optimizing engaging content that strengthens the institution’s visibility and reputation. The position is responsible for creating and curating multimedia content, including video, photography, and graphic design, to enhance storytelling and support strategic initiatives. The Marketing and Communications Manager plans and implements comprehensive social media programs by maintaining a content calendar, developing and scheduling posts, managing paid promotions, and tracking engagement and performance. This role oversees the execution of email marketing and paid advertising campaigns across digital and social media platforms to support institutional campaigns and enrollment goals. The Marketing and Communications Manager collaborates closely with Marketing Communications and Advancement team members, campus partners, content creators, and external vendors to plan, execute, and evaluate marketing projects and campaigns. The position plays a key role in supporting Admission by developing and implementing marketing strategies and digital campaigns that promote the admission cycle, pre-college programs, and camps. The Manager continuously monitors, analyzes, and reports on the performance of digital and social media efforts using tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms, and applies insights to improve effectiveness. This position ensures all communications align with institutional brand standards and remain consistent, professional, and strategically aligned across all channels.
