The Marketing and Communications Manager leads integrated marketing, communications, and digital strategies that advance the organization’s mission by supporting patient acquisition and retention across priority Lines of Service, while also strengthening donor acquisition, engagement, and retention. Reporting to the EVP of Advancement, this role works collaboratively with the EVP and the Director of Advancement, Development to ensure that service-line–focused campaigns align patient growth, community engagement, and philanthropic investment. This role is accountable for delivering measurable results aligned with departmental and organizational goals and ensuring alignment with our company vision and core values.
