About The Position

The Marketing & Business Development Coordinator plays a key role in elevating Tempe Mechanical's brand and supporting strategic growth initiatives. This role blends creative content development with proposal and business development support across the company.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, BD, or coordination.
  • Experience managing social media platforms.
  • Ability to capture high-quality photo/video content.
  • Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Lightroom.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

  • Proposal/RFP experience is a plus.
  • Construction industry familiarity helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all company social media channels.
  • Plan and maintain monthly content calendar.
  • Capture and edit photo/video content.
  • Create graphics using Canva, Lightroom, etc.
  • Design and update marketing collateral.
  • Manage branded swag and inventory.
  • Maintain consistent brand identity.
  • Assist with proposal preparation.
  • CRM updates, scheduling, and meeting prep.
  • Support trade shows, events, and client meetings.
  • Conduct industry/client research.
  • Help manage calendars, deadlines, and invites.
  • Balance multiple projects and communicate needs.
  • Provide general marketing and BD support.
