Reporting directly into the Chief Distribution Officer, this is an exciting high-profile role as a key member of the AXA Commercial senior leadership team. Your leadership will drive market engagement strategies that fuel AXA Commercial’s profitable growth and ambition. In this senior role, you’ll lead strategic development of our broker engagement activities through marketing, broker development and events. You’ll oversee their implementation to boost broker engagement with the AXA brand, propositions and product portfolio. Additionally, you’ll ensure marketing activities align with corporate objectives, increasing trading levels and supporting business growth. Regular travel across the UK is expected. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.
