The Marketing & Analytics Support Analyst will support the overall marketing and analytics group to grow awareness, adoption and utilization of Cat technologies. The individual will provide administrative, communications, marketing and commercial support for the Cat Technology solutions portfolio. Candidate will support special projects and marcomm activities.

  • Digital Marketing: Knowledge of processes, techniques, and platforms of digital marketing; ability to implement or manage digital marketing programs.
  • Creativity : Knowledge of the approaches, tools, and techniques for promoting creative, original thinking and ability to apply it to a variety of business situations.

Nice To Haves

  • Proven experience in Customer Service related field with attention to assisting customers in a professional and timely manner
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects from schedule, budget, communication and organizational aspects.
  • Experience with Event Planning and Management preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support internal and external marketing communications and analytics initiatives, ensuring materials are accurate, aligned, and up to date
  • Capture, document, and help prioritize unmet customer and stakeholder needs across marcomm and analytics workflows
  • Coordinate and support execution of VisionLink and Grade commercial programs (e.g., Managed Accounts, GCI nurture campaigns)
  • Develop and maintain standard work, commercial processes, and best practices to drive consistency and scalability
  • Troubleshoot commercial and operational issues; resolve where possible and escalate appropriately while identifying root causes and improvement opportunities
  • Maintain and continuously enhance internal and dealer-facing reference materials to ensure clarity and usability
  • Participate in Voice of Customer (VOC) and Voice of Dealer (VOD) initiatives to inform improvements and identify gaps
  • Support core communications, digital content, and website updates to enable effective stakeholder engagement
  • Coordinate procurement activities through NextGen/Guided Buy processes in support of team needs
  • Plan and support workshops, events, and cross-functional engagements to drive alignment and execution
  • Lead and coordinate Culture Club initiatives to enhance employee engagement and team connectivity
  • Provide project coordination support across key initiatives, including NPI programs and cross-functional workstreams
  • Deliver administrative and operational support to A&A leadership, ensuring smooth execution of priorities
