The Marketing Analytics team provides actionable, data-driven solutions to solve marketing challenges. We work closely with Media Strategy, Media Activation, Data Science, and Product teams to drive Paramount+ growth. Role Details:The Analyst will primarily support media mix modeling (MMM) and media optimization efforts across paid acquisition channels. This is an on-site (5) day per week role based out of our West Hollywood, CA office. In addition to core MMM responsibilities, this role will partner closely with Data Science, Product, and Marketing teams to support acquisition and funnel personalization initiatives. The Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert on how predictive model outputs can be translated into applicable activation strategies and measurable business impact. This role requires the ability to translate complex analytical outputs — from MMM and predictive models — into clear, actionable insights and activation frameworks. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Media Activation, and Data Science teams to optimize media impact, maximize return on ad spend, and validate incremental performance gains. The ability to interpret data, evaluate model performance, and provide context to explain marketing performance will be key to success in this role. The ideal candidate will possess proficient communication skills, an inquisitive mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for leveraging AI and advanced analytics to drive marketing performance.
