About The Position

We are currently hiring a Marketing Analytics and Data Solutions Co-op in the Boston Seaport Office. This is a 6-month co-op, running from January 2026 - June 2026. The Marketing Analytics and Data Solutions team helps to inform brand strategy by evaluating marketing campaign effectiveness, as well as develop and maintain reporting capabilities.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year bachelor's degree in data science, Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or Marketing.
• Self-Motivated
• Detail oriented
• Ability to juggle an array of tasks

Nice To Haves

• Power BI (or Tableau) experience
• Intermediate SQL experience - ability to write and optimize queries, build views and troubleshoot data pipeline issues

Responsibilities

• Assist in data analysis tasks for our Brands, such as creating charts and graphs and writing key takeaways under supervision
• Access and analyze data directly in Ad Platforms (e.g. Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
• Assist in the cleaning of data (Excel, SQL or Power BI) to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Work on special projects assigned by the manager (e.g. campaign wrap up reports, report redesigns)
• Work closely with our Media Agency and other external vendor partners to coordinate measurement and in-market testing
