Our Core Values are – Be Proactive, Be a Team Player, Take Ownership & Do the Right Thing Summary of Position The Marketing Analyst plays a key role in driving demand generation and pipeline growth by creating, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing programs. This role focuses on organic social, email nurturing, and digital demand generation, with additional support for tradeshows and in-person marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, creativity, and strong analytical skills to deliver high-quality engagement that supports revenue growth and sales alignment.

Requirements

  • Technical skills: Proficient in Hubspot, Organic and Paid Social Platforms and Google Analytics
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery
  • Identify and resolve issues that may arise during campaign planning and execution, using analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities to external vendors, ensuring clarity and accountability.
  • Monitor progress and provide support and guidance to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard and on schedule.
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university with concentration in marketing, communications or business management
  • Hubspot Certification

Responsibilities

  • Execute and continuously improve the B2B lead generation pipeline in support of the Go-to-Market strategy, including the implementation and optimization of channels such as LinkedIn, Meta, retargeting, and Google Search and Display
  • Implement email nurturing programs with tailored content based on industry, buyer stage, and contact type
  • Support audience segmentation strategy for email and maintain a clean, data privacy-compliant contact database
  • Track customer and prospect lifecycle performance, including understanding and optimizing the number of touchpoints required to convert to a marketing-qualified lead
  • Maintain an explicit focus on engaging decision-makers and buying committee members through digital multi-channel outreach and coordinated tradeshow support, aligned to Go-to-Market priorities
  • Coordinate reviews of all marketing campaigns to ensure accuracy, consistency, design quality, and performance
  • Provide actionable, solutions-oriented reporting and metrics to inform optimization and decision-making
  • Manage social media accounts, including organic and paid content calendars, social monitoring, and efforts to grow follower and influencer engagement
  • Support marketing execution related to tradeshows and events, including pre-event promotion, post-event follow-up, and campaign integration
