Responsibilities/Job Duties: Oversee the management of web, email, social, event marketing, and sales-related data Collect, analyze, and report marketing data to support decision-making and strategy development Help develop and implement policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure data quality Analyze business needs and document requirements for marketing data projects and initiatives Implement and maintain data governance policies and procedures to monitor and manage data across the department Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data classification and access controls based on organizational and regulatory requirements Monitor industry statistics and follow industry trends Seek and provide information to help companies determine their position in the marketplace Collaborates with sales and product teams to develop branding messages. Identifies target customers and markets. Collects and compiles customer feedback in an easily reviewed and understood format for review by company management and leadership. Collects and maintains sales records required to track, review, and modify performance of marketing initiatives. Forecasts and analyzes sales trends, marketing strategies, and product performance; prepares and presents reports summarizing information; makes recommendations based on analysis. Develops and distributes materials related to sales, training, and marketing. Develops and maintains positive relationships with existing and potential clients. Perform other duties as assigned.
