About the Job We are growing our Aftersales division with a renewed focus on marketing initiatives that support dealer engagement and customer retention. The Aftersales Marketing Analyst will assist in the execution and tracking of incentive programs and promotional campaigns, helping ensure smooth operations and accurate reporting. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, creative, and collaborative, with an interest in marketing operations and campaign support. This role reports to Sr. Manager, Aftersales Marketing. Role Summary: The Aftersales Marketing Analyst provides administrative and operational support for MMNA’s Aftersales marketing programs. This includes assisting with campaign logistics, data entry, reporting, and coordination with internal teams and vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, business operations, or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Foundational Excel Proficiency – Comfortable working with structured datasets using Excel Tables, basic formulas, and logical functions (IF, IFERROR) to support clean, accurate reporting.
  • Introductory Data Analysis – Working knowledge of Pivot Tables and simple Pivot Charts to summarize and explore data across common dimensions.
  • Basic Lookup & Aggregation – Familiarity with conditional functions such as SUMIFS and COUNTIFS, and introductory exposure to modern lookup functions (e.g., XLOOKUP), with the expectation to build deeper proficiency over time.

  • Strong blend of analytical skills and creative marketing instincts.
  • Experience supporting dealer-focused incentives or promotional programs.
  • Familiarity with reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Business Objects.
  • Experience in automotive Aftersales, fixed operations, or dealer networks.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Program Support Support the development and execution of Aftersales incentive programs and promotional campaigns.
  • Assist in managing campaigns from concept through launch, tracking performance and timelines.
  • Identify opportunities for creative and process improvements within existing programs.
  • Incentive Program Coordination Support the setup, documentation, and execution of parts and service incentive programs.
  • Track dealer participation and program results to support ROI evaluation.
  • Assist with compliance and program integrity across campaigns.
  • Campaign Execution Coordinate promotional campaign materials and communications.
  • Monitor timelines and ensure deliverables are submitted on schedule.
  • Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate records using tools such as SAP, MDL, and Business Objects.
  • Collect, validate, and organize program data to support reporting and KPI tracking.
  • Prepare performance summaries and user-friendly reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Assist with co-op claim processing and monthly reporting tasks.
  • Creative Asset Support Draft, update, or revise marketing collateral (flyers, emails, digital banners, portal content) under guidance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver creative assets on time.
  • Support updates to MDL and Owners Portal content.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Field Operations, and external partners.
  • Support stakeholder communication to keep campaigns and reporting aligned.
  • Budget & Invoice Tracking Assist with co-op claim processing, invoice submission, and budget tracking.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted for approval.
  • Support monthly reconciliation and utilization reporting.
  • Other duties as assigned
